Brad Aldrich led the 2010 green improvements to EOR’s parking lot. Prior to the project, the building's landscaping and parking lot (containing 3 small parking islands) featured the typical non-native vegetation that has come to define ambiguous corporate landscaping.
Brad designed and organized the construction and installation of 2 raingardens, an additional parking island that treats parking lot stormwater, and over 1,000 native plantings.
Today, the vegetation is maturing, flowers are blooming, and the migrating Monarch butterflies have found their way to EOR’s newly improved site. Welcoming not only wildlife and improving water quality but also the beatification of the site for all to enjoy! |
