Having worked together in a typical engineering firm, founding principals Brett H. Emmons, PE, LEED AP and Cecilio Olivier, PE recognized the urgent need for providing sustainable, multi-disciplinary, and nature mimicking cost effective solutions for the complex natural and water resources issues facing us today.
As a small, independent, and innovative firm providing alternatives for Minnesota’s Watershed Districts that went beyond the traditional approaches and “pipe-and-pond” solutions, EOR has revolutionized water resources engineering through the incorporation of natural resources sciences, integrated management techniques, and sustainable design practices.
Over the past 14 years, EOR’s technical dedication, advanced science, and unique multi-disciplinary approach to environmental issues has become more and more adopted by the consulting industry, as well as by State and Federal Agencies as the current governing standard.
