EOR developed the nationally recognized Minnesota Stormwater Manual in conjunction with the Minnesota Steering Committee, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and the national Center for Watershed Protection. The main purpose of the statewide stormwater manual is to provide innovative and advanced stormwater management practices to professional stormwater managers and others who integrate with stormwater managers and stormwater issues.
During the introduction of the manual, EOR was responsible for conducting the statewide training sessions and educated over 900 stormwater professionals on the use of the manual, as well as on the application of its principles via an intensive design exercise.
In 2006, The Minnesota Stormwater Manual was ranked as the
#1 stormwater manual in the nation during the Environmental
Protection Agency’s (EPA) National Stormwater Coordinator’s Conference.
