Camilla is a Water Resources Engineer with 13 years of experience in stormwater infiltration, integrated watershed management, and sustainable engineering design.
Specializing in the development of watershed management plans and rulemaking, Camilla leads many of the public involvement processes. In addition, Camilla's extensive experience in the design of low impact development (LID) and best management practice (BMP) techniques enable her to make successful management recommendations for implementation.
