Cecilio has over 25 years of experience in Engineering with an emphasis in integrated watershed management, water resources modeling, and best management practices (BMP) design and implementation.

Specializing in the modeling, interpretation, and calibration of complex and highly technical hydraulic/hydrologic systems, Cecilio provides senior project management, technical oversight, and serves as principal-in-charge for EOR's modeling studies and analysis.
