Daniel is a Water Resources Engineer with 29 years of experience in civil engineering, water resources management, water system analysis, and the hydraulic & hydrologic analysis of surface water systems.
Specializing as a Watershed District Engineer, Daniel serves as the lead senior engineer on many District projects and has extensive experience facilitating the public involvement and rules development processes in the drafting of watershed management plans and rules.
