Melissa is a botanist with 14 yrs. of experience in plant and forest ecology.
Specializing in comprehensive wetland management plans, natural resource inventories and assessments, Melissa is experienced the use several different land classification systems including the Minnesota Land Cover Classification System (MLCCS) and GIS.
Melissa contributes recommendations, implementation procedures, and environmental impact analysis in the development of natural resources management plans. She also performs field work including rare plant surveying and documentation.
