Rodger has 15 years of experience in water resources management and performs both lake and stream monitoring for EOR's TMDL goal-setting & watershed analysis projects.
Rodger also conducts wetland delineations, develops restoration orders for the Wetland Conservation Act, and provides technical services for permitting and land surveying.
