Tom is a water resources engineer with 10 years of experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling specializing in watershed analysis, wetland restorations, and stormwater management planning.
Tom has developed many watershed models for various TMDLs, natural resource management plans, and feasibility studies. His models help inform the engineering design process and aid in implementation planning, taking into consideration drainage design, best management practices (BMP) evaluation, simulated impact scenarios, and various stormwater treatment options.
