Our Team

Britta has 4 years of experience as an engineer, specializing in civil and stormwater management design for a variety of land development projects including parks, institutional facilities, multifamily housing, ADA improvements, historic adaptations, and renewable energy. She has been involved throughout various phases in a project’s lifespan, from early due diligence and concept designs to construction administration and on-going maintenance. 

Britta works with many watershed, city, county, and other government agencies navigating permitting including for complex projects with wetland, floodplain, and other environmental conditions. Her additional degree in urban studies offers EOR clients a broader approach to design with an emphasis in harmony across the built, natural, and social environments.
