Ellen has 3 years of experience as a civil engineer focusing on the design and construction documentation of green infrastructure and stormwater best management practices and implementation.
In addition to her civil engineering projects, where she also performs construction administration and observation, Ellen works on various water quality improvement projects, wetland restorations, and solar development sites (including design, documentation, and review).
