Our Team

Erik has 16 years of experience in consulting engineering and specializes in water resources, project management, and client management. In addition to serving as a Watershed District Engineer for 5 years, he has worked directly with various Watershed Districts completing sub-watershed assessments, feasibility and water quality studies, capital design projects, and floodplain modeling - having overseen HUC-8 FEMA Model updates for multiple metro-area Watershed Districts.

An excellent project leader and manager, Erik has performed countless permit and project reviews and led large teams in the planning, feasibility, and design of regional stormwater BMPs and multiple stream stabilization projects.  Additionally, Erik provides overall project QA/QC and is thoroughly engaged throughout the planning/initial scoping, engineering design, project delivery, and implementation phases. He provides excellent team oversight and client communication - ensuring beneficial environmental outcomes and informed clients.
