Evan has over 20 years of experience in the environmental sciences, having focused on water resources and water quality. His scientific research has included field-based hydrology studies, complex numerical modeling, and focus-group and survey-based social science investigations.
Having received his PhD in studying the impacts of climate change on water resources and how farmers are reacting to climate variability, Evan specializes in climate change, socio-environmental systems, integrated water management planning, and risk assessment and mitigation.
