Evan has 13 years of experience as a water resources engineer performing scientific research that has included field-based hydrology studies, complex numerical modeling, and focus-group and survey-based social science investigations. Having received his PhD in studying the impacts of climate change on water resources and how farmers are reacting to climate variability, Evan specializes in climate change, socio-environmental systems, integrated water management planning, and risk assessment and mitigation.
