John Sarafolean
BS Environmental Science, University of Minnesota Duluth
John has 8 years in the engineering and construction industry and has performed 100’s of development reviews for LGU’s, ensuring compliance through to project occupancy/use.
From large linear transportation projects to commercial and multi-family residential site developments, John focuses on ensuring design and construction compliance, identifying and addressing potential issues early, improving quality control, enhancing site safety, and contributing to the overall success of the constructed project.
John is involved throughout all phases of the design and construction process, providing site review, surveying, drafting, permitting, specifications, and construction document assembly.
