Patrick (Pat) has 32 years of experience in water resources management, including watershed administration, wetland assessment, water quality modeling, and TMDL project management. Pat specializes in watershed management, planning, and governance. Pat also has experience in public outreach and education, serves as a client liaison, and drafts resource management plans and local policy frameworks.
