Our Team

Sam has 5 years of experience working in environmental consulting, specializing on a variety of public and private infrastructure projects where he has combined elements of water resources, civil, and transportation engineering. He has experience in roadway construction and inspection (including both regional and dense urban use) as well as in municipal water and wastewater design, modeling, and analysis. 

Familiar with all phases of design documentation, site observation, and construction administration - including scope development, cost estimates and the bidding process, Sam works with our teams and client's to ensure project goals and implemetion.
