Bill has over 30 years of experience within information technology, including system engineering, telecom/V.o.i.p., and desktop/help support.
As an IT team member, Bill applies his extensive experience as a desktop technician, engineer, and systems administrator in supporting our team’s technological needs - from infrastructure/systems maintenance and software upgrades, to troubleshooting management, and in helping to keep secure our data for our project teams and clients.
