EOR has experience working with communities in navigating a myriad of environmental rules, regulations, and federal acts. Our dedicated design and planning experience allows us to work with communities in minimizing the ecological impacts while providing additional amenities that benefit those communities being considered as development areas.

EOR's Community Services Team Includes:

An experienced and dedicated team of water resource & civil engineers, environmental planners, biologists, ecologists, hydrologists, and land-use specialists with expertise in permitting and assessments for constrained and /or challenging sites (i.e. wetlands, floodplains, rare features, and cultural resources). Our collective experience in providing these ecological and community-based planning services for both the public and private sectors, as well as for government agencies and environmental organizations, uniquely position EOR to provide our clients a cost-effective and efficient project management approach that align with the communities in which they want to partner and serve.
